Med 1 - Mini Classes
In these 7 classes you will learn and start applying the foundation, principles, and core tools of Spiritual Mechanics. These classes are designed for you to actively work and participate along. Learn how to safely and effectively release negative energy, images and recordings that are stuck in both your physical and spiritual body. Start owning your space and give yourself the permission and freedom to create what you want in present time. Mini Classes run 10 to 20 minutes in length.
Med 1 - Full Length Classes
Full length classes as the work was intended. These are the principal core tools and work of Spiritual Mechanics. Integration of these tools are for both your physical and spiritual body. Learn how to effectively release negative energies, anxiety, pain, fear, depression and stress. Call back in your own beautiful energy and learn the tools to manifest and create in present time. Full length classes run 60 to 90 minutes in length.
Med 2 - Full Length Classes
In these classes you will start to deprogram your physical and spiritual body. Focused heavily on working fear, pain, punishment, anger and distraction energy.
Some of these classes were recorded live! Live classroom recordings increase your ability to relate, match karma and process additional energy. As energy is processed and released it is normal to yawn, burp, and have watery eyes. Students in the live classes will be processing right by your side! Full length classes run 60 to 90 minutes in length.
Med 3 - Full Length Classes
Med 3 Advanced classes get into core pictures and root issues. These classes favor the bold as you will work and look at some very deep levels. Start forming your spiritual body, learn how to work karma at it's core, start creating effortlessly, and rise into a higher state of awareness and enlightenment. Classes are designed for you to actively work and participate along.

For the Kids
It all starts with our youth. Racquel has been working with and teaching children the tools of Spiritual Mechanics for over 15 years. Specialty designed classes for children ages 4 and up. Morning and evening classes are short, simple meditations to calm, unwind, release, and renew.
