Welcome to Spiritual Mechanics Med 3, Class 2. Diving deep into body karma and fear. Work your karma from past lives to present. Fear is programmed and installed in all of us on a daily basis. Work advanced tools in overcoming your fear and transforming into a spiritual warrior. This is a working class for you to participate, learn and apply.
This class was recorded live! Live classroom recordings increase your ability to relate, match karma and process additional energy. As energy is processed and released it is normal to yawn, burp, and have watery eyes. Students in the live classes will be processing right by your side.

I. Before starting these classes it's imperative that you have the foundations tools. If you are new to Spiritual Mechanics Click here for Getting Started. If you've worked through the Getting Started Classes, the next chapter will be Leveling Up.
II. We highly suggest you listen to the classes in order. For best results we recommend listening to the chosen class of that week. Allocate a day and time for yourself each week to practice the tools on your own. Repeat this process for each class before moving on to the next class.
III. Listening to classes every day is not recommended as it can over process ones physical and spiritual body. Be patient with yourself and allot appropriate time for meditation.
IV. We strongly recommend not operating heavy machinery, not being under the influence of drugs or alcohol and being in a quiet place while listening to these classes. Allow yourself time before and after for preparing and processing.
